PVC Processing AIDS for UPVC Products

The main material components of UPVC water supply pipe include:

Polyvinyl chloride resin: the core component of UPVC pipe is polyvinyl chloride resin, which is an amorphous thermoplastic resin made through the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer.

Stabilizers: During the production of UPVC pipe, stabilizers are added to prevent thermal decomposition of the material during processing. Types of stabilizers include lead salts, metal soaps, calcium-zinc composite heat stabilizers, etc.

Lubricants: In order to improve the processing performance of UPVC, lubricants such as PE wax (polyethylene wax) are added.

Fillers: Fillers such as light calcium (calcium carbonate) may also be added to UPVC pipes to improve the hardness and stability of the pipe.

Processing aids: such as JC-880 PVC processing aids), used to improve the processing properties of UPVC and to improve the stability of the melt.

Pigments: Pigments, such as titanium dioxide and ultramarine, may be added to UPVC pipes during the production process to adjust the color and appearance of the pipe.

Other additives: some other resins may be added for blending and modification to improve the performance of UPVC pipes, such as CPVC, PE, ABS, EVA, MBS and so on.

These components work together to make UPVC water supply pipe with good corrosion resistance, long service life and relatively low cost.
