Highly translucent calcium-zinc stabiliser is an additive for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) processing with the following characteristics and applications:

Features

  • High transparency: it can make PVC products have good transparency.
  • Good initial colouring: in the initial stage of PVC processing, it can make the products have a good colour and lustre.
  • Excellent thermal stability: it can effectively inhibit the thermal degradation of PVC during processing and use, and prolong the thermal stability of PVC products.
  • Environmentally friendly and non-toxic: it does not contain heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, barium and other harmful substances such as phenol, in line with environmental standards.
  • Good dispersibility and compatibility: It has good dispersibility and compatibility with PVC resin, which can improve the processing fluidity of PVC and make the surface of products smooth.

Application

Mainly used in the processing of PVC transparent products, such as transparent extruded soft sheet, calendering sheet, mattress film, frosted film, transparent profiles, tubes, toys, transparent injection moulding soles, blowing soles and so on.
