I.Properties and Uses

The resin is made of silicone intermediates and epoxy resin polymerized by a special process. It has the heat resistance and weather resistance of silicone resin, and also has the anti-corrosion, acid, alkali and atmospheric corrosion resistance of epoxy resin, etc. It is especially suitable for the formulation of heat-resistant anti-corrosion coatings used in harsh environments, such as chemical pipelines, large-scale tower kettles, boilers, etc., and it can be formulated with coatings for special purposes such as household electrical appliances and aluminum profile metal paint.

III.Packaging and Storage and Transportation

This product is packed in 200KG iron drums, stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, avoid contact with acids and alkalis, and stored and transported as dangerous goods.

IV. Instructions for use

1, the diluent used in this product shall not contain water, acid, alkali, amine and other compounds, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the paint film.

2, this product contains toluene and other flammable and explosive solvents, in the process should pay attention to strengthen the site ventilation, pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static, strictly cut off the source of ignition. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.

3、This product can be diluted with ketone, ester, toluene, xylene, etc. Shelf life is half a year.
