It is the main raw material for moulding liquid silicone rubber, silicone gel, etc.; modifier/plastic additive/reinforcement material for compounding rubber, etc.

Applications

1. Used as the base material for the production of high temperature vulcanised silicone rubber (HTV), with cross-linking agent, reinforcing agent, colouring agent, structure control agent, ageing agent and other mixing and preparation of high temperature vulcanised silicone rubber.
2. It is used to make liquid silicone rubber, which is the main material of injection thermoforming silicone rubber;

End vinyl silicone oil
Uses:
Is a double vinyl sealing end polydimethylsiloxane, product quality and stability, low volatility, is the addition of liquid silicone rubber, silicone potting compound, silicone gel, etc., the main raw material, the modifier of the mixing rubber.
High vinyl silicone oil
Uses:
It is a polydimethylsiloxane with double vinyl endings or methyl endings and vinyl in the middle chain, with stable product quality, low volatility, no yellowing and no cross-linking. It is the main raw material of liquid silicone rubber, silicone potting compound, silicone gel, etc.; modifier of compounding rubber; plastic additive, etc.

Usage and Dosage

Use 10%-20% as diluent, add 5%-10% as modifier, use 50%-100% for silicone rubber based adhesive. Direct addition
Or add into the system with the help of high-speed mixing or powerful mixing equipment to ensure uniform dispersion.
